Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Clarity AI LLC ("Clarity AI LLC", "we", "us"). They govern your enrollment in Your AI Roadmap Program (the "Program"), including the live sessions, office hours, bonus sessions, recordings, courses, bonus resources, and community access we provide.

By enrolling you accept these terms. If your employer pays for your enrollment, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

The Program is $1,750 as a single payment. Installment plans are available: 3 monthly payments of $713 or 5 monthly payments of $435. Every plan includes the full Program, all bonuses, recordings for one full year, and the private Slack community.

Paying in full also includes two pay-in-full bonuses: a 30-minute 1:1 professional session with Joan and a signed copy of Your AI Roadmap.

Your place in the cohort is confirmed when payment is received. If a payment fails we will contact you to resolve it, and access can stay on hold until it is resolved.

The Program runs for six weeks, from November 10 to December 20, 2026. It includes:

• Six live implementation sessions on Zoom, Tuesdays 9 to 10am PDT
• Six weekly office hours on Zoom, Thursdays 9 to 10am PDT
• Two self-paced courses: Claude 101 for Business (5 modules) and Personal Brand 101
• Five live bonus sessions on personal branding, negotiation, personal finance, learning mindset, and goal setting
• Three bonus resources: the Prompt 101 Library, Claude Instruction Files, and the Revenue Calculator
• A Certificate of Completion when you finish the Program

If a session has to move because of illness or another unavoidable conflict, we will update the schedule and notify every participant as soon as we know.

Sessions are recorded and available inside the Your AI Roadmap portal, so you can follow on your own schedule and still complete the builds.

Recordings, curriculum, playbooks, and deliverables stay available in the portal for one full year. The private Slack community is open for the duration of the Program, and we may offer a paid option to stay after it ends. The AI systems, workflows, prompts, and skills you build are yours to keep.

Access is for the person enrolled only. We can end access for anyone who shares a login or Program materials outside the Program.

If you watch all the sessions, complete both courses, and complete the project and find no business value, we will give you a full refund. Request it by email within 15 days of the Program kickoff on November 10, 2026. The 15-day period starts on the first day of the kickoff, not at purchase. No refunds are given after those 15 days, for any reason.

Enrollment is confirmed when payment is received, and your access to the live sessions, the portal, the recordings, the courses, and every bonus is released at that point.

Installment plans are billed on the schedule shown at checkout. If a payment fails we will contact you to resolve it, and access can stay on hold until it is resolved.

You need a Claude Pro or Max subscription, which costs $20 or more per month. No coding or other tools are required. Subscriptions, usage fees, and any connectors or other tools you choose to use are your own cost and are not part of the Program price.

Every session is a working space. Bring real work from your own business, ask the question you think is too basic, and give other participants the same room you would want for yourself.

Do not record, copy, repost, or resell session materials, playbooks, or course content without our written permission, and do not use the Program to pitch your own products or services to other participants.

We can ask someone to leave a session, or end their access, if they are disruptive, abusive, or sharing materials they do not own.

The teaching materials, frameworks, playbooks, templates, and brand belong to Clarity AI LLC. You get a personal license to use them in your own work.

What you build belongs to you: the AI systems, workflows, documents, prompts, and data you create during the Program are yours, and you can use, sell, or license them freely.

Anything you write to us or in the Program, including session chat messages, Slack posts, comments, emails, survey answers, and feedback, may be used by Clarity AI LLC as a testimonial in public marketing. This includes our website, sales pages, social media, emails, and ads, with your name, title, company, and photo where you have shared them. We may shorten or lightly edit your words for length and clarity without changing their meaning. We do not pay for testimonials.

We teach business people to use AI tools. Nothing in the Program is legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and we are not acting as your lawyer, accountant, or advisor. This includes the bonus sessions on negotiation and personal finance.

AI tools can produce work that is wrong, out of date, or biased. Check anything before you send it to a client, publish it, or act on it, and keep the final decision with a qualified person when the stakes are high.

Any revenue, income, salary, time savings, or business-value figures we share, including client examples, testimonials, stated bonus values, and the $15k Challenge, are illustrative examples of what is possible. Individual results vary and depend on your skills, industry, resources, and the effort you apply.

Nothing on this site or in the Program promises that you will achieve a particular result, saving, or earnings.

We may adjust session dates, bonus sessions, tools, or materials to keep the Program current, and we will tell you about anything that affects your participation.

These terms can be updated. The version published here is the one in force when you enroll, and later changes apply to enrollments made after they are posted.
